Join Ruby City for Civics 101, an informative and accessible workshop led by Radical Registrars, a women-led, nonpartisan organization focused on expanding civic participation and voter education.
Grounded in Ruby City’s mission to create access to art and foster meaningful community engagement, this session highlights how understanding local and state civic processes can help support and sustain arts and cultural spaces in our communities. Over the course of one hour, participants will gain a clear overview of how local government works, who represents us, what’s on the ballot, and how decisions are made.
The workshop also offers practical guidance on navigating the voting process, along with an opportunity to register to vote.
