Dreamwork Workshop is a recurring series that explores dreams as a catalyst for reflection, imagination, and personal growth. Guided by a certified dream interpreter, each session introduces foundational dreamwork practices through conversation, guided exercises, readings, and practical techniques that participants can continue using long after the workshop ends.
Designed for both beginners and returning participants, the series offers approachable ways to improve dream recall, recognize recurring images and symbols, and build a personal practice rooted in curiosity rather than fixed interpretation. While every workshop explores a different aspect of dreamwork, each provides a welcoming introduction to using dreams as a source of creativity, self-discovery, and deeper awareness.
